Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with
tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within the United States
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to
carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You
can track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you have not
received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order,
please contact us at RIEcomOfficial@gmail.com.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ClaraVive is not
responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the
customer. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us
immediately at RIEcomOfficial@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an
order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package,
please contact us within 7 days at RIEcomOfficial@gmail.com. We will work with
the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O.
Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
