How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending
on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for
the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered,

photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no
additional cost to you, and no return shipping is required.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as
possible at RIEcomOfficial@gmail.com. We are able to make changes only if your
order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the
refund terms above.
Shipping Protection
If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order, lost, stolen, or
damaged-in-transit packages will be replaced or refunded at no additional
cost. Contact RIEcomOfficial@gmail.com with your order number to file a claim.
Non-Refundable Items
Digital products (such as included PDF guides) are provided as a free bonus
with purchase and are not independently refundable, though they are covered
under the 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the full order.
