  Processing Time


  All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding

  weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a

  confirmation email with tracking information.

  

  Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


  We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard

  delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment,

  depending on your location.

  

  Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather,

  carrier delays, and customs (for international orders, if applicable) may

  affect delivery times.


  Order Tracking


  Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking

  number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking

  information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at

  Shipping Protection


  We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. If you purchased this

  add-on and your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at

  RIEcomOfficial@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a replacement

  or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  

  If you did not purchase Shipping Protection and your package is lost or

  damaged in transit, please reach out to us at RIEcomOfficial@gmail.com and we

  will do our best to assist you, though replacement is not guaranteed without

  this coverage.

  

  Incorrect Shipping Addresses


  Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Claravive is not

  responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the

  customer. If you notice an error, contact us at RIEcomOfficial@gmail.com as

  soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.

  At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
